All prices are in US Dollars. Prices listed are for the cruise cost only, are per person based on double occupancy (except for category 10, which are specially priced single/sole occupant cabins). Airfare and transfers are not included but will be available at special low group rates. Listed prices do not include government taxes and fees. They are currently estimated to be $85 per guest. Government taxes and fees are subject to change. Due to the requirements of the charter contract for this cruise, "gratuities" must be prepaid at the time final payment is made. The gratuity charge is $144 per person ($12 per person day).

GUESTS TRAVELING AS SINGLES - Except for category 10 single occupant cabins, sole occupants will be charged a cruise fare equal to 175% of the double occupancy rate for that category of cabin for categories 1 through 9. Sole occupants of a suite will be charged a cruise fare equal to 200% (twice) the double occupancy rate. A single share program is available for this cruise. We will attempt to match up single guests asking for this service based on sex and smoking preference.

NOT INCLUDED IN PRICE - Rates do not include items, such as airfare, transfers, airline or cruise line fuel surcharges that may be imposed, shore excursions, alcoholic beverages, laundry or valet service or other goods or services purchased onboard the ship.

PASSPORTS AND VISA - Each passenger is required to have a valid passport issued by his or her country of citizenship and it must be valid for at least 6 months after the scheduled return date of your vacation. Each passenger is required to have a valid entry visa for each Country on the itinerary that conforms to that countries entry requirements as they pertain to citizens of the Country issuing the passport. Requirements vary by country and you are advise to check with your respective Departments of State for requirements. US guests must have a valid entry visa for China. The current cost for this is $100 and it is subject to change. US guests will be sent instructions about how to obtain this early next year.

SUPPLY IS LIMITED - This cruise is capacity controlled. The number of cabins is limited and is subject to prior sale. All cabins are sold on a first come first served basis.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS AND CANCELLATION PENALTY DETAILS - There is a deposit of $900 per person required at time of booking to hold your cabin. A second deposit of $900 per person is due November 15, 2008. Final Payment is due February 1, 2009. There is a $100 per person administrative fee if you cancel your cruise prior to November 15, 2008. This fee will be deducted from your refund. If you cancel between November 16, 2008 and January 31, 2009 a cancellation penalty of $1,000 will be assessed and deducted from your refund. If you cancel between February 1, 2009 and May 14, 2009 a cancellation penalty of 50% of the total of the cruise cost, and 100% of any air or tour add-ons will be assessed and deducted from your refund. If you cancel after May, 14, 2009 there is no refund. There are additional terms and conditions that apply to this vacation. Please refer to the program brochure and our website for further details.

INSURANCE DEATILS - Comprehensive Travel Protection insurance, including coverage for cancellation penalties, is available for this program and is highly recommended to protect your investment in your vacation. The cost varies depending on trip cost and trip length. Terms and conditions will apply and details about this coverage will be sent to you with your confirmation.
